Mr. Heath is an experienced and highly effective manager with over 40 years of business and environmental experience and has been a licensed attorney for over 20 years. His exceptional background includes the management of large business organizations with assignments supervising large staffs and very complex technical projects and activities. His experience with Fortune 500 firms, Federal, State, and local agencies and independent oil companies and jobbers provides him with ability to uniquely negotiate contract, project, and environmental risk management issues. His environmental and real estate experience covers all issues from assessment through system design, installation, construction, and all other activities including compliance and property acquisitions and divestments. His proven ability to identify and resolve complex business and legal issues while effectively communicating with all parties is one of his major strengths. Mr. Heath has conducted business across the United States and uses that wide breadth of sales, finance, legal, operations, construction, and management experience to benefit those with whom he supervises and works. He continues to write for several publications to share his knowledge and support other organizations.
Mr. Heath is the Former Environmental Chair and current active support of the Florida Petroleum Marketers Association (FPMA), a Member of the National Groundwater Association and several local and state bar association and management groups.
