 Phase II Environmental Assessment Activities at
Nine Current or Former
Service Station Sites
for Independent Oil Company

File reviews and site inspections were performed to determine the appropriate locations for soil borings and temporary monitoring well installations, along with appropriate laboratory analyses of the soil and groundwater samples. These Phase II Assessments were conducted to update soil and groundwater quality conditions prior to a potential real estate divestment. Phase II reports included a summary of the assessment results, along with recommendations for future courses of action for each site.
