HCR is one of only a few consultants nationally licensed in the Loss Prevention System (LPS). With a professionally trained Health and Safety Team, HCR is available to provide health and safety training and services to companies and sub-contractors too small to employ their own in-house safety program or to larger companies looking to improve their existing programs

Consulting and Training

HCR offers customized Safety Seminar Series with over twenty 1-hour courses, including monthly "brown bag" meetings, as well as OSHA Training and 3 levels of HAZWOPER Training.

Loss Prevention System

LPS is a behavioral change focused management system that combines structured industry best practices such as Job Safety Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Loss/Near Loss Investigations with behavioral observations such as Loss Prevention Observations, Safe Performance Self Assessments and Stewardship activities. When used interchangeably, the LPS tools promote a consistent, safe, and quality product. LPS is used to prevent all types of business losses including safety, property damage, non-compliance, loss of productivity, and loss of quality. LPS training, required for all HCR personnel, provides direction and enjoys senior management support from the top down, while solving problems from the bottom up.

All HCR employees have 40-hour HAZWOPER and annual 8-hour refresher training, which we also offer to clients.

HCR has zero tolerance for drug and alcohol usage with an ongoing random testing program and maintains a certified Drug Free workplace.
