Andy Drake is a senior project manager for Handex. He serves as the lead Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in Handex’s New Jersey office and was one of the first in New Jersey to receive LSRP approval. Andy has over 27 years of experience in the environmental industry.
Brian Bausback is the manager of technical services for Handex. Brian is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects on various job sites, including planning, directing, coordinating and supervising staff, ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget.
Bruce Powell is a senior project manager for Handex. Bruce’s focus at Handex is project management for Handex’s industrial services. He is responsible for all employee management, client billing, bidding, and proposals and inventory management. Bruce joined Handex in 2011 as a technician. His dedication enabled him to be quickly promoted to senior level management at Handex.
Bryan Valladares is a project manager for Handex. Bryan is responsible for site assessment and remediation projects throughout Florida, which includes the supervision of field staff under his responsibility. He is responsible for ensuring field crews and subcontractors work in accordance with Handex’s health and safety protocols while completing site activities with emphases on quality of data, timeliness and cost efficiency.
Ted Keffer is a senior project manager for Handex. Ted is responsible for managing a portfolio of various job sites, including planning, directing, coordinating and supervising project managers, field staff and contract workers. Ted is a licensed Professional Geologist (PA, NY, WI) and Licensed Site Remediation Professional (NJ) with over 30 years of experience in the environmental industry.
Fred Blackham is the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) program manager for Handex. As the FDEP program manager, Fred supports Handex’s Florida operations and serves as the contract manager for all three of the FDEP Petroleum Restoration Program agency term contract regions.
Jeremy Turner is a project manager for Handex. Jeremy is responsible for supporting Handex’s operations throughout the state of Florida. Jeremy manages site assessment projects in all three of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) petroleum restoration program agency term contract regions.
Kaled Essraowi is a project manager for Handex. Kaled manages numerous phases of assessment and remediation projects for large high profile private and public sector clients. Kaled has over 15 years of engineering experience including more than 12 years in the environmental field.
Melissa Ericson is a project manager for Handex. Melissa is responsible for numerous roadway projects utilizing the Florida Department of Transportation Efficient Transportation Decision Making (ETDM) screening tool. Melissa has over 17 years of experience in the environmental industry.
Ryan Elser is a project manager for Handex. He is responsible for the management, coordination, execution and financial tracking of all projects under our Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 7 Contamination Assessment, Remediation and Environmental Support Services contract.
Steve Kinsella is a project manager for Handex. As a project manager for Handex, Steve is responsible for the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a variety of petroleum cleanup projects. Steve has approximately 18 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry.
William Kramer is a project manager with Handex. As a project manager for Handex, William is responsible for assisting Handex’s Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in developing work plans and closure strategies for New Jersey sites.
