Christian J. Holmström is a professional engineer for Handex. Christian currently serves as the Engineer-of-Record for the Handex-SE, LLC Florida offices. Christian has over 19 years of engineering experience.
Ted Keffer is a senior project manager for Handex. Ted is responsible for managing a portfolio of various job sites, including planning, directing, coordinating and supervising project managers, field staff and contract workers. Ted is a licensed Professional Geologist (PA, NY, WI) and Licensed Site Remediation Professional (NJ) with over 30 years of experience in the environmental industry.
Jeremy Turner is a project manager for Handex. Jeremy is responsible for supporting Handex’s operations throughout the state of Florida. Jeremy manages site assessment projects in all three of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) petroleum restoration program agency term contract regions.
Joseph Lundquist is a senior engineer for Handex. He is responsible for providing professional engineering support for all of Handex’s offices throughout the state of Florida. Joseph has approximately 23 years of engineering experience in the environmental field.
Ryan Elser is a project manager for Handex. He is responsible for the management, coordination, execution and financial tracking of all projects under our Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 7 Contamination Assessment, Remediation and Environmental Support Services contract.
Steve Kinsella is a project manager for Handex. As a project manager, Steve is responsible for the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a variety of petroleum cleanup projects. Steve has approximately 16 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry.
William Kramer is a project manager with Handex. As a project manager for Handex, William is responsible for assisting Handex’s Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in developing work plans and closure strategies for New Jersey sites.
