Steve Kinsella is a project manager for Handex. As a project manager for Handex, Steve is responsible for the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a variety of petroleum cleanup projects. He develops long-range plans to complete the project on time and within budget, meeting client’s overall expectations. Steve is responsible for project management of several notable private sector clients throughout the state of Florida.
Steve has approximately 18 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. His experience includes groundwater sampling; soil assessment; well installation; pilot testing; construction installation and oversight; the operation & maintenance (O&M) of several different remediation technologies; site investigations; in-situ and ex-situ biological and chemical designs; risk assessment; analytical reporting; proposal development; job safety analysis; design implementation management; and storage tank removal decommissioning, removal and replacement.
Originally from Cleveland, OH, Steve is a huge baseball fan. In his spare time, he covers Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Lighting games on a local radio station in the Tampa bay area. Steve received his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of South Florida and an MBA in business from the University of Phoenix.
