(Winter Park, Fla.) March 16, 2017 - Handex Consulting and Remediation, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Andy Shoulders as our new Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.
Andy comes to Handex with over 28 years of progressive leadership experience in developing successful businesses, general management and financial management. Andy’s experience includes working with many Fortune 500 companies in the railroad industry, petroleum and pipeline companies, utility generation companies, chemical manufacturing companies, pulp and paper companies, and architecture and engineering firms.
At Handex, Andy will have strategic and operational responsibility for Northeast and Southeast operations and sales. Andy’s main focus will be leading Handex’s strategic planning process and implementation as well as developing and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget.
