Lyssa Cousineau, an Environmental Scientist at Handex, recently presented to a group of about 50 students from Millstone Township Elementary School in Millstone, New Jersey. Through the presentation, students learned about the difference between dirt and soil, how humans contribute to environmental pollution and what a career as an environmental scientist entails. We hope she sparked an interest in this group of future environmentalists!

Handex Cares

Handex believes that educating and supporting tomorrow’s leaders will leave them better equipped to deal the challenges they will inherit in the future. In a time when children are constantly growing more disconnected from nature, we realize the importance of environmental education and outdoor learning. Thank you to both Lyssa Cousineau and Michelle Falanga from Millstone Township Elementary School for making this happen!
